At DOMLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains your rights and how returns, withdrawals, and refunds work.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Legal Right to Cancel)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period:
The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email) at contact@domly.store.
You can explicitly use the word “withdrawal” (e.g. “I hereby withdraw from the contract…”). Sending the notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.
2. Return and Refund Conditions
Return period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return (whether exercising your legal withdrawal right or returning under our voluntary return policy).
Conditions for returns:
The item must be unused and undamaged.
The item should, if possible, be returned in its original packaging.
Please keep your order confirmation or order number as proof of purchase.
Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs: In general, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In certain approved cases (e.g. defective or incorrect items), we may cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@domly.store.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, we typically cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. sealed goods once unsealed). This will be clearly indicated on the respective product page.
8. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are currently not available. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
